		contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party 
		outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your 
		request, e.g. to ship an order.

		We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit 
		sensitive information via the website, your information is protected 
		both online and offline. 
		
		We do not collect or store your credit card data on our website, or in 
		our billing system.  When you make a purchase on our website, your 
		credit card data is collected and encrypted by PayPal and transmitted 
		directly to them in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking 
		for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or looking for 
		"https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. 
		
		While we may use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted 
		online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who 
		need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or 
		customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable 
		information. The computers/servers in which we store personally 
		identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Because the design services we provide are done on a custom per-project basis, without a tangible 'product' that can be returned for a refund and re-sold to someone else (website design & hosting for hire), we cannot offer refunds. All work performed is per customer specifications. We accept no liability for consequential damages or loss of business profits, business interruption or any other pecuniary loss. Our full End User License Agreement is available upon request.
The terms of all web design projects we do are as follows: Terms: 50% deposit of the overall project cost in advance (including periodic web hosting fees for the first 3 months). The balance of the project cost is due upon completion of site or in 60 days, whichever comes first. Most projects are completed within 1 - 2 weeks.
Website hosting fees are billed on a quarterly basis, in advance.
